Caller ID helps you provide exceptional customer service. Caller ID automatically
displays the following customer information before you even pick up the phone. You
do not even have to enter the caller's name:
- Caller's name and address
- Overdue balances

- Equipment information
The Caller ID hardware may be ordered through ServiceFirst, Inc.
Does ServiceFirst!™ support Text Messaging to a mobile device?
Eliminate paper by text messaging Service Order details to your technicians with ServiceFirst. With a simple
keystroke, dispatchers can easily send the details to your mobile-enabled technicians.
Does ServiceFirst!™ support Dispatching?
Taking phone calls and dispatching work is easy, and integrated with ServiceFirst!™
There is no need to even stop and save what you are working on when you are interrupted
by a phone call!™ You can instantly:
- View the entire dispatching calendar
- Display contract information
- See where your technicians are
- Display equipment information
- Display service records
- Send messages to pagers
When finished, simply click the window to return to whatever you were working on

Does ServiceFirst!™ support Refrigerant Tracking?
Refrigerant is automatically tracked each time an invoice is added to the system.
You can then use our report generator to design your own reports.
Does ServiceFirst!™ support Automatic Service Records?
Service records are automatically created each time an invoice is added to the system
and include information such as:
- Materials and labor sold
- Serial numbers
- Invoice date
- Warranty information
- Invoice number
- Special notes

Do you offer a complete PAYROLL system, or does it only
print checks?
We offer a complete Payroll system that interfaces with Job Costing and General
Ledger and includes the following:
- Calculates all taxes including federal, state, local, FICA and Medicare
- Supports multiple deductions
- Multiple pay rates
- Tracks vacation and sick pay
- Prints W-2 forms
- Prints checks
- Tracks worker's comp information
Is a NETWORK VERSION available?
ServiceFirst!™ for Windows is fully enabled for multiuser networks. Base
license fees include up to five users, with additional fees required for larger
environments.

Does ServiceFirst!™ interface with other ACCOUNTING
PROGRAMS?
Not at this time. ServiceFirst!™ is a complete, integrated, accounting system.
There is no need to interface to another accounting system. In addition, if you
have a question or a problem, you only have to call one provider (and the technical
phone support is free for customers in our Annual Maintenance Program).
For customers who are committed to other backoffice accounting solutions, they may
choose to just purchase Accounts Receivable (with Sales & Service Manager) to
manage their dispatching and customer accounts, as well as purchasing Inventory
Management to automate their price lists and/or inventory.
Can you help me make more money with SERVICE/MAINTENANCE
CONTRACTS?
Although a considerable amount of income can be generated by selling service/maintenance
agreements, many companies are reluctant to do so because of the time required to
manage the overall effort. We have eliminated the headaches of managing contracts
by including the following:
- Design Letters option which allows you to design contracts and contract renewal
letters.
- You may specify a date range and the system will automatically print renewal letters
or post cards for all contracts that will expire during the dates specified.
- Mailing labels may also be printed for customers who have contracts.
- If customers do not renew their contracts, you may specify a date range and the
contract type and all contract information will automatically be deleted for the
selected customer.
Is ON-SITE TRAINING available?
Professional on-site trainers with extensive accounting and software experience
are available at very reasonable rates.
