ServiceFirst works with partner companies specializing in mobile communications to provide
the ability to wirelessly dispatch detailed call information and service call history
to PDAs and mobile devices. Additionally, techs are able to wirelessly inform SERVICE
FIRST!™ when service calls are acknowledged, started, and completed--all without
dispatcher interaction.
