Dispatchers are able to text message or email detailed information about customers and service orders to technicians.

Notebook/Laptop Computers:
Field techs are able to create invoices and job estimates on field computers and synchronize the information with the home office at a later time.

PDAs and Mobile Devices:
ServiceFirst works with partner companies specializing in mobile communications to provide the ability to wirelessly dispatch detailed call information and service call history to PDAs and mobile devices. Additionally, techs are able to wirelessly inform SERVICE FIRST!™ when service calls are acknowledged, started, and completed--all without dispatcher interaction.
