Data Conversions From Other Systems
We recognize that changing from one system to another can be time consuming. ServiceFirst can help make the transition as smooth as possible by converting your data from your current system.
We offer data conversion programs and services from most any commercially available
systems. We have written dozens of conversion programs to handle these tasks, and
provide custom services as required. Many conversions are available for as little
as $500. Please contact your sales representative to discuss your specific requirements.
Support
With ServiceFirst!™, your unlimited telephone support is absolutely FREE
for customers in our Annual Maintenance Program (below). We also offer customer
support via email, fax, and an online issue tracking system.
Annual Maintenance Program
ServiceFirst is constantly adding updates and new features to ServiceFirst!™, based on customer-driven requirements. Membership in the Annual Maintenance Program (AMP) entitles you to download these upgrades and improvements as often as you wish. The program is mandatory for the first year. AMP customers are also entitled
to free, unlimited phone support, membership in our Online Users' Community for additional support and tips, and access to the password-protected area of our website.
Training
Professional on-site training and/or web-based training is available and is highly encouraged. Please call 1-866-244-5771 to discuss specific training programs for your company in order to ensure the many user-defined and customizable features inherent in ServiceFirst!™, are maximized!
